What happens after I’ve placed my order?
After you place your order - it is immediately sent to our warehouse in Iowa. The products are then individually inspected, packed and shipped to you. Business day orders are sent the same business day - weekend orders are sent on the following business day. Most normal size orders are sent via USPS(Postal Service). Larger orders are sent via UPS.
How are products delivered to me?
Small orders(Under 10 units) are sent via USPS. They are shipped the same business day. You will be sent a confirmation e-mail to notify you that your order has been shipped.
What is your refund or exchange policy?
All sales are considered final. All items are individually inspected for quality control prior to being shipped.
